The Story Behind Theosig:
More than just a name, Theosig reflects a legacy of care and vision. Over the past two decades, the villa was thoughtfully modernised by Theo, the father of the current owner, a retired building contractor, who combined the original charm of the Spanisch Style Villa with modern day comtemporary style living.
In Afrikaans, Sig means view — and Theosig beautifully captures what this home offers: making Theosig quite literally "Theo’s view" over the historic Constantia winelands.
