1. How do I book my stay?

2. Can the villa and apartment be rented together?
Yes, the villa (8 guests) and the apartment (2 guests) can be rented together, offering accommodation for up to 10 people. The apartment has its own entrance but also a private access door to the villa.

 

3. Is the property safe?
The house lies in a privately secured cul-de-sac under private security supervision, with an on-site caretaker in a separate apartment for added peace of mind.

 

4. How far is the beach and Cape Town city centre?
The villa is just 15 minutes from beaches like Muizenberg, Kalk Bay, and Camps Bay, and about 20 minutes from Cape Town’s city centre and the V&A Waterfront.

 

5. Is the house suitable for families or groups?
Absolutely. The villa is perfect for families, groups of friends, golf getaways, yoga retreats, or even film productions.

6. Do you provide WiFi and workspace?
Yes, the house offers fast WiFi and dedicated workspaces in most bedrooms.

 

7. Is there secure parking?
Yes, there are parking bays inside the property with a remote-controlled gate.

 

8. Do you allow events or film shoots?
The house is available for special use such as film or photo shoots. Please contact us for more information.

 

9. How far is the villa from Cape Town International Airport?
Cape Town International Airport is just a 26-minute drive away (without traffic), making arrivals and departures easy and stress-free.

 

10. What is the weather like in Constantia?
Cape Town has a Mediterranean climate with warm, dry summers and mild, wet winters.

  • Summer (December – March): 20–30°C (68–86°F), ideal for beaches, outdoor dining, and wine tasting.

  • Autumn (April – May): Mild and pleasant with warm days and cooler evenings.

  • Winter (June – August): Cooler and wetter, 10–18°C (50–64°F), great for hikes and cosy evenings by the fireplace.

  • Spring (September – November): Blooming gardens and mild weather, perfect for exploring the winelands and Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens.
